The 38th Meeting of ESHLT is scheduled for January 21-24, 2025 in Wengen, Switzerland.

The European society of heart and lung transplantation (ESHLT) is a leading organisation providing education for medical professionals involved in heart and lung transplantation.


Representatives from The Bridge - including Hasse Sorensen, Michael Perch and Franziska Olm—presented at the meeting.


Their talks highlighted the Bridge model, advances in cell-based therapies, and the development of a centralized EVLP platform. The presentations emphasized how integrated infrastructure and cross-border collaboration enable scalable innovation and improved clinical outcomes in thoracic transplantation.
