In April 2025, Dr. Hasse Sørensen and Dr. Sandra Lindstedt participated in the prestigious Key Opinion Leader Meeting on Ex Vivo Lung Perfusion (EVLP) in Boston. This influential gathering brought together global experts to discuss the evolving role of EVLP - not only as a bridge to transplantation, but as a transformative platform for organ regeneration and therapeutic innovation.

Their involvement also highlighted ongoing efforts within The BRIDGE Lungs for life Project, an international collaboration aimed at advancing EVLP technologies and expanding the potential of donor lungs through novel therapeutic strategies.

We are proud to be part of this exciting new era in transplantation and look forward to continued collaboration, idea exchange, and breakthroughs that will define the next generation of transplant medicine.
